ISSへの「こうのとり」4号機の結合

2013年8月4日午前4時48分に種子島宇宙センターからH-IIBロケット4号機­で打ち上げられた、宇宙ステーション補給機「こうのとり」4号機（HTV4）が国際宇­宙ステーション（ISS）のロボットアームでISSに結合する模様を実況放送いたしま­す。

8月4日、宇宙ステーション補給機「こうのとり」4号機（HTV4）の打ち上げの模様

­を、種子島宇宙センターからライブ中継いたしました。
現在は、中継番組の録画版になります。

Western-Style Panda Lunch Box

Difficulty: Very Easy
Time: 20min
Number of servings: N/A

Ingredients:
((Panda Sandwiches))
slices of bread
nutela or a jam of your choice
((Panda Rice Balls))
cooked white Japanese rice
Nori sheet
((Others))
cherry tomato
snack of your choice
mandarin orange

Directions:
((Panda Sandwiches))
1. Place CuteZCute cutter on a slice of bread. Then press down on the top and twist the cutter back and forth (with pressure) to cut out the edges. Using the stamp, you can cut out the panda face, too. Included panda assistant helps remove edges of small cut-out.
2. Spread some nutela or a jam of your choice on a slices of bread and make a sandwich.
((Panda Rice Balls))
1. Mix in a pinch of salt in the cooked rice.
2. Use plastic wrap and form the rice into an oval shape.
3. Cut out Nori sheet to make panda face parts. Attach them with tweezers.

※ You can get 味覇(Weyper) on Rakuten Global Market or SUNMART JAPANESE GROCERIES. You can use 味覇 for many Asian cuisines and it lasts for a while.

【Ingredients・材料】
Any kind of Ramen Noodles (お好きな麺)
500ml Water (500ml 水)
2 tsp Soy sauce (小さじ2　醤油)
1.5 tsp 味覇・Weyper (小さじ1.5　ウェイパー)
1 tsp Garlic Powder (小さじ１　ガーリックパウダー)

【Alternative Ingredients : soup】(代案スープレシピ)
＊ If you can get 味覇, you should definitely use it.

400ml Water (400ml 水)
1.5 tsp Chicken Powder (LEE KUM KEE) (小さじ1.5　鶏がらスープの素)
1 tsp Soy Sauce (小さじ1　醤油)
1.5 tsp Oyster Sauce (小さじ1.5　オイスターソース)
1 tsp Sesame Oil (小さじ1　ごま油)
A pinch of Salt & Sugar (ひとつまみ　塩・砂糖)

＊ If the soup is too salty, add water and make it less salty.
塩辛ければ、お好みでお湯を足して調節してください。

【Toppings I used】

Roast Pork (焼き豚)
Boiled egg (ゆで卵)
Green onion (ねぎ)
Chill pepper (糸唐辛子)
Nori (seaweed).

The video was too long so in a couple days I will upload the second part about harassment! Sorry, I know I'm talking fast! There are captions in English and Japanese so please use them if you can't understand me! 今回、動画が長かった為、2，3日中に後半の"ハラスメント"についての動画をアップ­します。 And because the video was too long I edited out the disclaimers I needed to say to prevent people from nitpicking some of the small details, but I will write some of them here: 動画の尺の都合上、誤解を生まないようにするための注意文を編集で省いておりますので­、こちらに書いておきます。 America isn't a place where I constantly go around feeling afraid or anything, and it's definitely not a place I would consider "unsafe." But it IS a place where I feel like I have to be more guarded and aware of my surroundings, especially compared to Japan. Women in America are raised to be extremely careful of strangers, for example. It's not something that's constantly in the front of our mind, but rather something that is imprinted in the back of our minds so that when we recognize a situation that we've been told about red flags start shooting up all over the place and in that moment we become more guarded and careful. アメリカは私が常に不安を感じて生活しなければならないような場所では決してありませ­ん。しかし、とりわけ日本と比べると、より周囲に気を配り、油断しないように心掛ける­べき国だとは思います。例えば、アメリカでは、女性は知らない他人には細心の注意払う­べきだと教えられます。生活する上で、常にそれが念頭にある訳ではありませんが、警戒­心を煽る状況に遭遇した場合は、油断なく行動するべきだと脳裏に刻まれています。 For example, if I'm walking out to my car in a parking lot at night and there is a van parked next to the driver's side of my car, immediately there will be red flags that go off and I have to think, "Should I ask a worker or security guard to walk me out to my car?" 例えば、夜に駐車場に向かい、自分の車の運転席側の隣にバンが横付けされていたら、す­ぐに警戒し、警備員に同行してもらうべきかを考えます。 So what I'm tying to say is there are many types of situations that produce red flags for me in America, but the exact same situation in Japan would not produce a red flag for me because it is much more uncommon for something to happen in that situation in Japan that it is in America! 私にとって、アメリカでは色々な種類の警戒心を煽る状況がありますが、それらの状況は­、しかし日本ではあまり警戒する必要の無い事が多いのです。
